Billy Sugarfix is a local musician / school teacher who also plays music under the name Evil Weiner
He hosted the last Trekky Christmas at the Cradle show, and I just found out has his own public access TV show called the Sugarfix Mix (http://sugarfixmix.com/). It's a pretty neat show if I do say so myself, which focuses on art/music in the Carrboro / Chapel Hill / Durham area. Here's an epsiode which covers one of my favorite artists Ron Liberti (gigposters.com) who is primarily a poster artist.
